Currently serving an active role as CEO of SEO Idaho, Thrive Web Designs, and HostCozy. Mr. Minic is an integrity driven CEO that believes in mentorship and supporting continuing education of staff to achieve personal and professional growth. Mr. Minic is responsible for designing plans and policies, improving the company’s fiscal strength, and supporting ongoing digital business transformation as well as setting future strategy.
Josh Olswanger
Managing Partner
Thrive Web Designs was founded by web designer and managing partner, Josh Olswanger in 2010. With a background in media production and design, along with a history of working effectively with clients ranging from businesses, musicians, authors and more, Josh chose to focus his attention toward web design & development.
Jason Jacobs
Development Project Manager
Jason is a lead web development project manager at Thrive. Originally from the Chicagoland area, he spent a number of years living and having formative adventures in such places as Champaign-Urbana, Illinois and Omaha, Nebraska. He received a BA in Web Design from Bellevue University in Bellevue, Nebraska.
Katie Furrer
Content Curater/Developer
Katie is a native Idahoan with a passion for creativity! While she tends to enjoy the simple things in life like iced mochas, and cinnamon bears, she also likes to travel. Making friends in new places is what life’s all about! What she loves most about working with clients is getting to know them personally, and professionally while helping them achieve what they are striving for.

Chris is a California transplant with a passion for creating. A wearer of many hats, his latest venture is in the realm of web development after completing the Immersive Full-Stack course at Boise Code Works. Now, he works to update, maintain, and build many of Thrive’s beautiful projects.

Hello there! When I am not home surrounded by three wild pups, blasting some music and drinking a nice cup of coffee… I am outside, traveling, taking some pictures occasionally and being surrounded by others who have a passion for design. While attending Boise State University, I studied Visual Art along with obtaining an IDEA certification with the College of Innovation and Design.

Alex is a web designer at Thrive, passionate about taking client’s ideas and using his skills to elevate them. A lover of all things creative, his background extends from art and design to music production and audio engineering. Those combined interests drive the work he does and aid Thrive in creating immersive and inspired designs.
Joseph Bowers
Website Updates/Junior Developer
Joseph Bowers is a recent software developer graduate from CodeWorks. Joe works with our updates team and helps our clients fulfilling requests and debugging problems to help keep our client’s websites running smoothly. Joe comes from a background of customer service and has a degree in Marketing from Boise State. He hopes to combine his knowledge from Boise State with his passion for coding to be a major asset to Thrive.
If you don’t find Joe sitting at his computer you can usually find him down by the Boise river fly fishing, playing Spikeball with his friends in Ann Morrison, or snowboarding up at Brundage in the winter. Joe loves spending time with people, socializing at different events around Boise or settling in for a late night playing video games or watching movies.
